In a full face non mod, what do you guys like. I have one I got cheep off of ebay for 50 bucks. It matches the bike perfect but its cheep and the visor has about a 1/4 inch gap when closed.

In general, I think HJC is the best value in helmets.

To a point, you do get what you pay for. That is why you see so many happy customers with arai's and suomy's. I have a suomy and a scorpion exo1000. The SO rocks an exo 400 (that we got from new enough for like $60). I would recommend any of those listed. You can get an exo on clearance for cheap from a lot of places. nothing like a cheap DOT and Snell certified helmet!

Since I last posted to this thread Dianne and I both got new HJC IS-16 full face helmets with the flip down sun visor. Nice helmets, typical of HJC in my experience and the price from New Enough made them an even better deal.

We ordered new lids today too. HJC CL-16's. Glad I bought extra night-glo Dragon stickers last year at the Gap.

I've been thinking about getting this model. How close does the visor come to your face? I wear glasses and wonder if they'll get in the way of the flip-down visor. Guess I need to get over to a shop and give one a try.

Did you get the "Wind LIght" to go with it? http://www.newenough.com/closeouts/h...met_light.html Dang if it only had a propeller.

My nephew (a Harley rider) has decided on a new helmet!

Check this one out --- I think it stinks!

I've been real happy with my Scorpion exo 700. There are some good deals on them here and here.
