Spent last week in Athens for Brew Week and riding the area. Once I download all the tracks off the gps I can get a little more detailed. The main thing to get from my trip is this......EVERY road in the area is covered with gravel, limbs, silt and WATER....yes water. We forded water 9 times, and turned around 4 because we wouldn't risk it. They are getting even more rain as I type, so don't expect much to change.

Most,if not all,of the water has receded.I rode 325 miles in SEO Saturday and never came across any water across the road. There were several places on 356 and 26 where it had been flooded.
We've been getting more rain so it might come back up in places, but hopefully it won't last long.

The Mrs and I went to Hocking Hills for a couple days over the 4th of July weekend. They were getting rain just like up here in the NW corner.
Saturday and Sunday were nice though. We had a little "adventure" while conoeing the Hocking river. Rapids + partly submerged tree = flip, splash! Final total, lost one camera, wife's eye glasses, her cell phone drowned, mine got soaked but incredibly, restarted after the old rice trick. I did end up having to replace the lcd at a cost of $150.
