Default First month with the Victory--take aways

Ok, I'll have had the bike for 1 month tomorrow, and here's what I know after 3500 miles

-I don't need highway pegs...the floorboards provide a multitude of positions for my feet...legs fully extended included.
-The seat leaves a little to be desired...the pocket is slanted and after 300 miles my tailbone is numb....winter project
-The windshield FOGS UP....all this week riding to work at 5am I had fogging issues
-The motor and tranny and a little clunky/noisy at low rpms
-The radio has good reception. I still need to change the cable to generic mp3 player or buy a cheap ipod...standard cable is ipod ready
- The led headlight is good but having hit a deer once I REALLY want spotlights...winter project
-The oil change is so simple it's laughable
-There's a fair amount of vibration in the grips
-The cruise will set at 105
-It's still pulling decent at 115
-Back and forth to work with an avg speed of 80-90 I get 35 mpg
-It handles great

All in all I couldn't be much happier

Sounds like you and xc are getting along great! I really liked the victorys every time I demo'd them. They really do seem to fit taller riders though as I always felt a little stretched. I never had any complaints with power or handling as they are the sport bike of the cruisers😀
The only 'complaint' ( not even. Complaint) is that the turn signal kept turning off before I wanted it to.
I did ride the Arlen ness magnum- looks cool but I hated it. The handling was not as good and the ape hangers and riding position had me crying 'uncle' after 10 mins
